A short tour of how AlanyaHelp works
AlanyaHelp is a classifieds platform for Alanya. We connect people but are not a party to any deal. Below are the core rules. By signing up and posting listings, you agree to follow them.
AlanyaHelp is a platform that helps Alanya residents and visitors find housing, services and items in one place faster. We connect people but are not a party to deals: money and goods change hands directly between users, without our involvement.
You can sign up by email (we'll send you a 6-digit code) or via «Sign in with Apple» / «Sign in with Google». One person — one account. Sharing your account with others, faking reviews/ratings, and similar actions get you blocked without a subscription refund.
On the free plan — up to 3 active listings in each of the three categories: «Real estate», «Services», «Goods». Up to 9 active in total.
The AlanyaHelp Pro subscription removes the limit entirely and gives one «featured» listing per category (gold border and feed priority) that you choose yourself in «My listings».
A listing is published immediately, but admins moderate the feed in parallel. If a listing breaks the rules it gets removed; for serious or repeated violations the account is blocked.
Admins may remove any listing that violates these rules or the spirit of a fair marketplace, even if it formally looks acceptable.
If you publish a service that requires a license or certificate under Turkish law — having them is your responsibility. AlanyaHelp doesn't verify provider documents and isn't responsible for service quality.

We may remove listings without the necessary licenses on a complaint or our own moderation initiative.
Every listing has a built-in chat — it always works. WhatsApp and Telegram appear only if the author added them in their profile.
Keep the discussion within the listing's topic. Don't insult the other person, don't send spam and don't extort prepayments. Conversations with violations can be reported — admins will review.
Sometimes we write to you from the official AlanyaHelp account — for example, with the result of a report, a warning, or a reply to a request. The official account has a gold verification checkmark and the AlanyaHelp logo in the chat header.
If anyone writes to you as «AlanyaHelp» without that checkmark or with a similar name — it's a scammer. Never share your password, email codes or «verification fees» with them. Report via «⋯ → Report» — we'll block them.
AlanyaHelp doesn't process payments inside the app, doesn't hold escrow and doesn't act as a deal guarantor. Everything you see on the platform are listings, not goods we sell.

AlanyaHelp doesn't compensate losses from deals between users but helps deal with violators.
You can list a price in any currency — TRY, USD, EUR, RUB and others; this is convenient for Alanya's international audience. A foreign currency price is informational and does not require the parties to settle in that currency.
Under Turkish FX law (Law No. 1567 «On the Protection of the Value of the Turkish Currency» and Decree No. 32), settlements between Turkish residents in most categories — sale of movable and immovable property, rent, services, employment relations — must be made in Turkish lira (TRY). If the price is set in a foreign currency, conversion uses the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) rate on the settlement day.
Deals between non-residents of Türkiye, as well as deals in categories explicitly permitted by law, may be settled in foreign currency. Which currency regime applies to a given deal is for the parties to decide.
AlanyaHelp operates as an intermediary listings service (intermediary service provider as defined by Turkish Law No. 6563 «On the Regulation of Electronic Commerce»). We are not a party to deals between users and don't act as agent, representative or guarantor for any party.
We don't conduct or process payments between users — all settlements happen directly between the parties using the method they choose themselves. Compliance with applicable law — currency, tax, licensing, consumer — is on the users.
AlanyaHelp is not liable for users' violations of Turkish FX law, including the requirement to settle in TRY between residents. Any liability — administrative, tax and other — for the actual settlement method and currency is on the users themselves.
We reserve the right to remove a listing and block an account on detection or notification of a clear violation of applicable law.
You can leave one review per seller and one review per listing. Editing isn't allowed, so write thoughtfully: on point, no insults, no spam.
Reviews that break the rules (insults, libel, manipulation, fakes) are removed. Systematic manipulation is grounds for an account block.
Every listing and chat has a «⋯ → Report» menu. Describe the reason, optionally add details. Admins see all reports and handle them in order of arrival (Pro users — first).
We can discuss an admin decision in support: «Profile → Help». If you were blocked by mistake — write us, we'll restore the account.
Pro is a monthly subscription. It removes the 3+3+3 limit, gives one featured listing per category, and a PRO badge on your profile and in chats.
Auto-renewal is on by default — you can turn it off any time in «Profile → Subscription». After turning it off, the subscription will run until the end of the paid period, then Pro features turn off and there are no more charges.
We collect the minimum: email, name, profile photo (optional), the listings and messages you publish yourself. Email is used for sign-in and account recovery; it isn't shown to other users.
Data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud). You can delete your account and all related data via «Settings → Data → Delete account» — this is irreversible.

Rules may be updated together with the app. We announce significant changes via notifications (the bell on the home screen). By continuing to use AlanyaHelp after an update, you agree to the new version.
